I love America's Test Kitchen. Every recipe I use is from their books. I love how thorough they are in finding the best of everything for the kitchen.
What a pantry!
If I had to choose another job, I would work at America's Test Kitchen. I wouldn't want to test products or recipes but I want to be around the process.

I'm afraid that I might want to downsize if I worked there.
